I had the most horrible time at this sunray bowling alley! First I was told happy hour didn't start until 9:30,it was only 6 o clock and I didnt even ask that anyways,clearly racist! So I bought a beer with a 100 bill to show I had $. Then I was being starred at the whole hour I was there as if I was going to rob the place,i hate this place with a passion and I will never ever come back again...ever!!!!
Always have a good time whether it be bowling or just hanging out having a few drinks. Recommend Sunray to everyone!
I have scheduled my daughter's birthday on Saturday at this establishment. It was horrible and my mistake to book a place i have never been without reading previous reviews. I had to find bowling ball ramp for smaller kids to use, no one is there to help with any question we had other than going to the customer service guy to ask every question. I do not recommend this place for kids birthday, never ever. I suggest the owner may revisit their business model. The front desk staff are ok doing their work.
Great staff. Come in often enough and they'll remember your shoe size! It does get busy and they seem to run out of 11lb balls quickly, but just get there early.
Best bowling alley in the cities! Fast, friendly service! They also have pinball!!!
