Olive Garden

Our experience was very positive. My wife and I rarely go out to eat because we enjoy our own cooking too much! But we were very pleasantly surprised about the quality of food presented by this particular restaurant this past Saturday afternoon. The salad and bread sticks area wonderful accompaniment to the entrees. My wife loved her garlic breaded shrimp which she ordered as an appetizer with a side of bucatini pasta with marinara sauce. I couldn't resist the sampler plate with Chicken Parmesan, Alfredo sauce with noodles, and a piece of lasagna. The chicken was moist and cooked to perfection with a crisp breading, the noodles in the Alfredo sauce were just right and the sauce was very cheesy, and the lasagna was well seasoned and quite good. Also, the house white wine was a very acceptable choice being not too sweet and pleasantly dry. We must compliment the kitchen for delivering our orders in a timely fashion and at just the right temperature even though we essentially had 5 dishes in all...I felt like Gorden Ramsey who tries many dishes from a restaurant kitchen to determine their commitment to quality. I'd have to say "hats off" to this kitchen and the chef for their excellent performance!.
No reservations or call ahead? My boyfriend and I decided to drive 20 minutes to a random mom and pop italian restaurant rather than wait 1 hr...
Came in and waited 20 mins for someone to come take our drink menu and no one did. Waiters walked by us and ignored us when trying to get someones attention. Ended up walking out. Worse service ever
When we moved to the area three years ago we were dissapointed by the service and eventually stopped coming. Our last two visits though have brought us back and tonight our waiter Angel was incredible. Definitely making Olive Garden our regular spot for lunch and dinner out.
Great Food, and Service. All around outstanding restaurant!
