My first time experience at hookah hideout. The place is decent and is a cool calm atmosphere. The hookah was surprisingly good lasted me for more than an hour. One thing I do not like in customer service is they can be a bit dishonest and perhaps they took advantage of me because i perhaps wasnt a "regular"? Anyways they charged me a few dollars more than what was listed on their website, which is a shame because of false advertisement will always drive people away. I am going to it give another shot, after all, can't always expect a perfect first time experience right? I recommend to those who want to try this place out.
This place is amazing. A good place to chill out and hang out. The atmosphere, service, and hookah was all amazing. I will definitely go there again and would recommend a friend.
Terrible place period. No hookah knowledge, terrible tasting and preforming hookahs. Not worth going. Go anywhere else, don't let the other fake reviews fool you.
Very chill atmosphere, feels like you're in a basement, a nice one. Very comfortable, good sheesha, nice game selectios. Will definitely come back
NO STARS! never again would I put myself through this rude customer service again! and reading the response comments from the owner on this page is hilarious because you sound just as bad as your horrible employee that I had to subject myself to! It is all about satisfying your customers to make money fools... I was recently convinced to try a hookah for the first time with a group of friends. We were all new to the experience and had no idea how any place such as this works. Right from the get-go our "so called" waiter was a complete jerk, I am very soft spoken usually but his behavior was so outragious that it was making me feel uncomfortable. He treated his customers like we were idiots and obviously had no respect for his business or boss because he made the place look like a joke. The evening ended with him slamming the hookah on our table which we didnt know how to use so a fellow customer HAD TO SHOW US, can you believe! If there is ANY other hookah cafe in your area I would for sure try that one because that RUDE employee at the hookah hideout doesnt deserve to get business.
