I echo the reviews that state this place sells counterfeit and defective products. They offer no returns or exchanges on their products even though none of this is stated to you. And they don't guaranty anything if it leaves their store, again this isn't stated to you or anywhere in the store. I learned this in a span of 2 days when I tried to return a defected product but the manager kept trying to defer the conversation. At one point he even tried to accuse me of counterfeiting product and trying to return it just for money. Eventually, I got my money back from the bank. I will never shop at this establishment ever. The manager and the employees at this location are the worst to deal with. Save yourself the headache and money, shop somewhere else. P.S. Their Yelp page is false and I have reason to believe that the employees or something are down voting the 1 star reviews (that echo the same story expressed here) to keep a pristine rating so people can shop there. Do not be fooled and avoid this place like the plague.

Their products are definitely counterfeit. I checked the authenticity of their Vision Spinner and it came up fake. It's not even just a shitty business practice, it's immoral. Cheap knockoffs will cause a fire. This shows how little this company cares about safe practices. I would plead you to avoid this place.

I agree about their counterfeits. I bought a Cohiba here a few years ago and it was one of the worst cigars I have had not possible with a Cohiba

Bought a brand new iTaste VTR from smokedale about a week back. Employee's were very well versed in vaping and the different equipment. They helped me set it up and even chatted with me for a little while while the battery got an initial charge. When I went back last night they were even nice enough to show me again how to refill my tank and help me clean my kit. I would recommend smokedale over some of the other local ecig stores because they are very helpful and very understanding of anything from beginners to mechanical mods! (I think that's what they're called)

Smokedale Tobacco sold me a counterfeit Pax for $200. When the manufacturer confirmed that I had been defrauded I confronted Smokedale asking for a complete refund. I was told that there are no refunds under any circumstances and the fact that I bought the device means that I knew what it was. I will get my money back from Visa. But the sheer arrogance displayed by Smokedale compels me to write this review. I have a feeling that many people pay cash and would have no recourse.
