Looking at changing from Verizon to Sprint, so we did some homework on the Sprint website. Saw we could make an appointment for a time in the store and took advantage of it. Arrived at the store 5 minutes before our appointment time and nobody could take the time to meet with us. Left after 20 minutes with no commitment of when they may be able to speak to us. Obviously they don't understand the value of an appointment. Wrote about out experience on the Sprint Facebook page, and this is the response we received: "I'm sorry to hear about your experience at our store. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. I hope you will consider us again. George." Well George, thanks for fixing the problem. If this is the customer service you provide to a person who you would be trying to win business from, it speaks volumes about the level of customer service we could expect one a contract is signed.
STAY AWAY!!! FAKE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PHONE DEALER NOT AN ACTUAL SPRINT STORE! THERE IS AN ACTUAL SPRINT COMPANY STORE IN OCOEE, FLORIDA NOT FAR AWAY.. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY & FRUSTRATION.. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT EXISTING SPRINT CUSTOMERS UNLESS YOU ARE UPGRADING OR BUYING A NEW PHONE OR ACTIVATING A NEW LINE BECAUSE THAT IS HOW THEY GET PAID!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR PAYMENTS, BUT NOT SERVICE YOU AT ALL! #1 they are NOT an actual Sprint corporate store.. but they intentionally try to look like one while they will NOT provide the same level of service #2 some employees are friendly, but useless. management is completely useless. sounds harsh but is just true. smiling as you tell people you can do things that you cannot do and know nothing about what needs to be done... is not actual good customer service. Once someone with average intelligence sees past the smile, the overly nice routine is just annoying. I appreciate decorum more than most, but if you are not even going to try to help solve problems, then the politeness starts to feel like mockery #3 they CAN help, but will NOT! We took in a privately purchased Samsung Note 3 to be moved over to one of our lines on our BUSINESS ACCOUNT.. they proceed to deactivate our working phone and activate the new phone.. and after they do that, hand it over to us saying, "oh yeah, it needs a SIM CARD but we will not give you one. I cannot give them away I need them for replacement units. You can go to a actual Sprint corporate store and they can give you one." OK SO WHY THE HECK DID YOU DE-ACTIVATE MY WORKING PHONE WHEN YOU CANNOT GIVE ME A SIM AND NOW LEAVE ME WITHOUT SERVICE UNTIL I CAN DRIVE TO ANOTHER STORE THAT IS NOT FAKE LIKE YOURS?!? IT'S a BUSINESS ACCOUNT.. we need the phones functioning during a BUSINESS DAY!?! #4 We were having trouble with an assistant's phone because it kept cycling on and off over and over. They said they would check it in with the technician and that it likely needed a battery which would be $49.99, but we needed to leave it for an hour and come back. We did that.. came back and they did not call us but needed the security pin to look at the phone... WHY DID YOU NOT CALL TO GET THE PIN?!? So.. we give it to them and they say to come back later.. so we leave AGAIN... after 2 hours, we call to see if it is ready for pick up. They confirm yes it is the battery, it would be $49.99. We say ok great, please do replace it and we will be there within another hour or so. They say "yes ma'am" THEN when we arrive for what was supposed to be ONE HOUR turn around, I am told "here it is, no new battery though, we do not have any of those" WTH? So I object why why why would you tell me to leave the phone to get a new battery & come back in an hour, let me drive back here after an hour and ask me to come back again.. and now ALL DAY LATER give me my phone back unfixed?!? FREAKING MORONS Refused to apologize sincerely.... basically said they did not want to fix our phones because we were not purchasing from them and basically do not care about service us as Sprint customers... WHY?!? Because they are NOT a Sprint Company store!!! They only dress up like one to take in your money for selling you into new phones.. and the phone with the bum battery.. we BOUGHT THERE a few months ago not knowing they are NOT a Sprint company store!!!! THERE IS AN ACTUAL SPRINT COMPANY STORE IN OCOEE, FLORIDA NOT FAR AWAY.. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY & FRUSTRATION.. Horrile service. Had stuck power button. Store didnt care. Didnt want to deal with it. After I told them I could not hard reset, and they relised it would get them out of doing actual work, they told me the ONLY way to fix the stuck power button was with a hard reset wiping the phone. Went to another store. They checked and fixed the button no problem
GO TO THIS STORE & ASK FOR KEVIN!!, With a crying baby in one hand and a broken phone in another I was already fustrated. Kevin the store manager/Technition, greated me right away and it took less than 10 miniutes before suggesting that my phone was not repairable and gave me options for new devices or the same device. I was taken care of immediatly with no hesitation. Very Clean Store and also great sales reps. He transfered over my contacts and also informed me about ready now service that assured me I did not have to do a thing to my phone expect personalize it the way I wanted to. He also showed me accessories that were in my budget. VERY GREAT SERVICE AND STAFF! WOULD DEFINITLY REFERR AND COME BACK! THANKS KEVIN!!!
I caught them stealing pictures from many peoples account. Example "they take ur phone and act like they need to take in the back for repairs next they log into sprint picture mail and send a text to your phone as if u forgot ur pw, immediately sprint sends ur phone the pw but dont forget they still have position of ur phone and they receive ur password for all your personal pics you have taken. Its sad how its soo easy to access personal information without you knowing. Make sure you change your sprint picture mail password as soon as you walk out that store!! They forgot to delete the text from my phone that had the pw request sent and thats when I knew they had access to my messages and all my pics. FYI, Pics on ur phone isn't the same as pics in ur sprint picture mail. If any ladies have ever been at that location I highly suggest you change ur password and contact sprint and ask if a pw request has ever been sent to ur phone. Then u will know what im talking about!!
