Please! don't eventually close this store.This people as rude and unprofessional need this job. Just RETRAIN them! Make better person &salespersons from them! Given the opportunity this store could become #1! Try to make love their jobs! It's sad, very sad.
I don't understand how they have an entire section based on WIi products but no chargers at all. And the website says in store I mean really get it right and how dare you be rude to me as a manager when I ask why.
Terrible experience at Best Buy Store #443. Each person I spoke to knew less about the return policy. I was told I had 3 months (I have a witness) to return a Samsung TV. 65 days after purchase, they told me that it had already been 3 months. (Manager's name is Henry.) Both managers were terribly rude! They said there was nothing I can do. As I was saying I was told I had 3 months, he said you did have 3 months. So apparently, you don't need to know how to add or subtract single digit numbers to become a manager at best buy, since this purchase was just over 2 months. I called customer care who stayed on the phone with me for about an hour before talking to his manager and calling me back with a solution. He said Henry will do his best to assist me in returning it. I thanked Royce over the phone. When I called the store to find out when Harry was available, he did not come to the phone. He told Matt (who answered the phone) that I can't take it back since it's been more than 30 days. To be honest, I was surprised when Royce told me that Henry really wanted to help me, because he certainly was rude to my daughter and I. So I called customer care (again) and they took care of me with a reasonable solution. If you have a bad experience with this store, Customer Care seems to take good care of the incident and will escalate your issue. In this economy, no business needs to have employees like Henry or the other rude rotten manager. Actually there is no reason to even suffer at this store since there's a nicer, cleaner, more knowledgeable staff in Fowler's Grove. I have never written a complaint on line, but Best Buy seems to get a lot of business. If you need electronics in that neighborhood, you will receive MUCH BETTER customer service and KNOWLEDGABLE sales people down the street at HH Gregg. Don't visit the Best Buy on Colonial. You will be sorry that you didn't just go to HHGregg. (HH Greg is sending over a technician to fix a TV for me. I don't even have to take it to the store.--you think best buy will do that? I would have given this store in Ocoee a worse description than poor-fair. I think best buy might have to change this in order to receive accurate reviews of their staff and customer service. Skip this location and you won't regret it for a minute.
Call to get a price and the lady was very rude! No wonder they are going out of business...
This is the worst best buy I have ever been to. the manager there either Kim or Karina ( which ever one is the fat one with the huge mole on her nose) is the most unprofessional, unintelligent person I have ever met. I made a google account just to express how awful her customer service is, and how rude and pathetic she is. she literately was that bad. I had a durable power of Attorney and she had No clue what that meant. Thank you for nothing you IDIOT, that's why you will be making no more than 10/hr the rest of your life. Congrats ma'am You are pathetic. Lose Weight it might help your personality.
