I was picking up spinach ravioli in the refrigerated pasta section. I got out to my car and realized that the pasta had a spot of mold on it. As I was walking in i saw that it was not just one spot but the entire package was black with mold. I was on the produce side so I stopped to tell the produce employee about the issue thinking that he would just let me switch it, he told me I would have to go to guest services which is across the store. I was annoyed with that, but I understand stores have policies, I said I was going to grab another package so I would not have to walk back again (I am 8 and a half months pregnant and didn't feel like walking back and forth through the store) The first package I picked up had the same mold on it, as did the second, the produce worker ended up finding six packages of moldy pasta. The part that annoyed me the most was that the employee in guest services did not apologize at all, when I asked her to send someone over there because there was obviously something wrong with the batch she completely ignored me, so I said it again and she just asked me to swipe my card, and handed me a apology coupon. This is not the first service problem we have had, this is just the first that was so blatant I had to say something on here. Service is awful and never have enough help or lanes open to check out. Don't waste your money here. Go somewhere else.
Clean and vast
Too long of lines and when you ask for help they take forever to come
Customer service needs to seriously improve! It's such a shame when all you're looking for is a smile, hello, or a thank you. I also received a huge disgusted sigh from the dressing room attendant when she saw I had maybe 6 items to try on. It was so rude, It made me so upset. We still shop there since the one on 50 closed, but it would be nice to have my shopping experiences more pleasurable in the future.
Loooooved this Target! It's huge and has the best variety and products of any Target I've been to - and the grocery section is absolutely STELLAR. I'm so bummed out I live across town from this particular store, otherwise I'd be in there everyday!
