The worst mistake you can make is to go here! The hookah is horrible, the service is the worst and the owner is straight trash! Very low class and not worth a penny! If i could write a rating with no stars I would because this place is by far the worst. Unless you want to look at trash, smoke over priced hookah, and waste your money, then dont go here!

The service girls here were nice but the owner was incredibly rude, the moment the lights turned on at 2 AM she personally came over to our group and proceeded to remove drinks. In a loud and very rude tone she asked me for HER GLASS it's time to go ... I politely told her that she can have her glass when I was done with the drink that I paid for. She had a problem with me wanting to finish my cocktail but did not have a problem at all in taking my money just 2 minutes prior. They charged my card numerous times with debits and returns and I don't know why nor was I aware of it and am in the process of getting it all corrected with my bank. The drinks were watered down on purpose. You can clearly taste the water that was in our shots and regular drinks as well. We didn't complain about that we figured it was already closing time we will enjoy what's left of the night and continue our merry way. Every single person even one who had about 1/2 a drink woke up with a horrible headache and I think it had to do with the quality of liquor that was served. The prices for one drink were close to $15 so I expected better. New management and new furniture would make this place a nice lounge to chill, talk and relax with. The furniture was either stained or full of burn marks. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I am glad I held my composure from the rudest Owner who apparently needs anger management or Customer Services courses. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!!! 2/2/15.

Went there the other night and it was an incredibly underwhelming experience. I was drawn to it because they offered drinks too which was pretty neat. Their shisha menu was very diverse which was awesome but that was the only thing that impressed me. The mojito I had tasted terrible... And it'd very difficult to mess up a mojito even with mojito mix. The mint tasted like they pulled the flavor out of their shisha. The hookah we got was pretty good, but they only gave us a single quicklite coal... Which anyone who's prepared a hookah knows does not last long. Aside from bringing out the food/drink and hookah, our waiter didn't even come around once to check on us. The place had one other group of three people there so it's not like he was tied up or anything. To top it off they automatically add an 18% gratuity. I'm not normally one to stiff a server but in no way did our sever earn any sort of tip. This place was not worth anything close to the $25 I spent for an hours worth of smoking.

Don't make the mistake of choosing your own flavor. Let the staff mix you up something.... Always fabulous. Great service.....could use some help packing bowls tho. They burn so fast

I went to this lounge a few weeks ago on a Thursday evening , it was my first time visiting this lounge and I must admit I had the most relaxing fun time with one of my co-workers. The atmosphere was wonderful the staff/servers were more than attentive as we had a variety of selections of flavors to choose from , my favorite was their house special . I definately recommend this hookah lounge its my new hangout !!!
