Buying a new truck couldn't have been any easier. Both Adam Perez and Kathleen Lisa were great to work with. They answered all my questions and made sure I got all the rebates possible for purchasing a new 2014 F-150. The up front pricing and no hidden fees makes Mullinax a great place to buy a vehicle. Even the trade in value offered was fair. Their service department is great as well. After driving off the lot with my new truck I noticed a crackling sound from one of the speakers and was told to contact Jay Barnett so I could bring the truck by whenever and they would replace it. I went back by a week later and met with Jay and they replaced the speaker as promised. I definitely had a great and hassle-free experience buying my new truck.

Nico was great to deal with. He worked with me to order my Mustang the way I wanted it as opposed to try and push me into a model on the lot. No issues in placing my order using Z-plan pricing (as has been reported by members of a Mustang forum about other dealers). Extremely happy that Mullinax doesn't charge dealer fees (one less thing to "haggle" over). Also, the appraisal on my trade in came in where I expected it would based on research. They acknowledge the excellent condition of the vehicle and didn't try to play the normal wear and tear as significant problems game. This was actually a first in all of my car buying experiences and greatly appreciated. I would deal with Mullinax again, and recommend them to friends and family.
