We've been going to Cheesecake Factory for many many years and have ALWAYS enjoyed it very much. I don't know what is going on with it now but last night's visit was the worst ever experience. It was until last night one of our favorite places to dine, so for our 16th wedding anniversary it seemed the right choice. WRONG! The food (all of it) was cold, tiny little portions and bland tasting. The service left a bit to be desired as well. Sadly that will be our last visit to this establishment.

I went to the cheesecake factory on my birthday on Feb 12. I came with an party of over 14. Our severs where Adam and Byron . They where very polite and provided great customer service. The food was fresh and the portion size was great! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that would like to host their birthday or get together here.

The food used to be very good at this location. The last time my husband and I went, our order must have been lost in the kitchen because it wasn't brought out until our server noticed the table seated 20 minutes after us had their meals. He apologized and returned in about 10 minutes with our orders, two burgers, nothing difficult or unusual. Unfortunately, both burgers weren't put together as they should have been, missing toppings and sides and *very* undercooked. We called this to his attention but his knowledge of the menu must have been fairly poor because he didn't see the issue. After showing him the wording on the menu he returned the burgers back to the kitchen. Again, he returned with the order, this time cooked a bit more but still missing toppings on soggy re-used buns. We complained again and the manager came over asking if we'd like a free dessert for our trouble, no apology. I'm sorry, but that is not the way to solve the problem. We ended up having one burger deleted from our bill and that was all. We have not returned and never will. Such a shame. It used to be a great place to take visiting friends and family. Avoid this location!

Excellent food at a good price. Great menu with lots of variety. Asked the manager to cook my steak with some special spices and not problem. Don't go there on the weekend. Exceptionally crowded. Go during the week. Service could have been a little bit quicker and friendlier, otherwise I give this place a high rating.

We come here annually while on vacation from Denmark. This is the first time ever I have been disappointed. The food was really below average compared to this restaurant's high standards. My steak diane and chicken maderia was cold, both potatoes and meats. The steak was under cooked and the sauces were just sort of blah. My daughters shrimp on angel hair pasta, well the shrimp were chewy as in way over cooked. Yes, they botched our starter and it came out with the entres, but they gave that to us for free, so that was the highlight of the meal. Sadly disappointed and will not be in such a rush to go back anytime soon.
