I stopped into Tobacco Spot on 03/11/15 I had excellent. A girl named Kourtney helped me. I tried electronic cigarettes in past but found out how much they have improved on them with kourtney's help. She was very helpful in helping me decide what to choose. She had the patients to answer all my questions. She said she didn't mind because she wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I have worked in retail before and that is how i always felt too. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.I did go back the next day. I explained to the man what happened so i told him i would need another aspire nautilus mini. I feel he could have explained i could just buy a tank not the whole kit. Kourtney's charming personality is why i will go back there and why i gave it a 5 star. I am not sure how many employees that work there, am willing to try other staff members. I found them to have a wonderful selection of vaporizers and e-cigs Thank you Tobacco Spot

I had a great experience at this store! It's very nice inside, clean, and well organized. They also have a very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. I bought the Vision Spinner 2 with an Aspire tank and a couple different flavors of Fantasia, and it's all worked out very well for me. I will definitely become a regular at this store!

I was also in there a little over a year ago and yes very pushy and overpriced but they have a new owner now and a lot has changed they have great prices and the staff was very friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. I was a smoker and thanks to them im not now. They told me about about the E-cig and how it worked and i bought one and haven't smoked since i got it yea !!!!! so thank you tobacco spot i will be back and buy all my E-cig needs from you.

I shopped at this store over a year ago, and reviewed the wrong store after my experience. The owner of the other store has corrected me with a response on his google page. Below is the review for THIS store. Person working there was very pushy. I came in looking for some shisha and employee attempted to upsell on natural coals, lighters, bigger bowls, bud pipes and even an entire hookah. Also asked for shisha and was corrected and literally lectured on the parts of a hookah and why I'm wrong for asking for just "shisha" for a good minute. He was friendly the whole time but I was amazed that he was actually going to sit there and correct me. Shisha is extremely expensive and was marked up a full $8 from online stores. Hookah bowls were reasonably priced, but still higher than other places. Poor experience, probably won't come back. I can buy the exact same stuff online for much less and not have to be upsold for a solid five minutes before checking out.
