Great staff unfortunate that shop owners scam buyers. Bought two fake Kanger tanks here, one the pro-tank 2 and the other aerotank. Both fake out of the box with no authentication code scratch off or front dye sticker. Spent about 7$ more than official prices online per tank. Went back after buying official tanks off web sight and proved to shop keeper and salesman, no refunds all purchases are final. Useless tanks after coils burn out unelss I make my own for each fake tank since official Kanger coils don't fit. Also each coil, this includes the extras, burnt out after two weeks, terrible second hand quality. All while the first coil from real pro tank is still running strong after a month. Do your research, and you should know better.
Overpriced for knock off items that they sell as real. It's also the only smoke shop that won't give prices over the phone. The workers must not care about their customers
The only reason why I go here is to get shisha when i'm in a bind. Other than that this place has ridiculous prices for everything they sell. for example, a raw cigarette roller costs $3 online, in there its $12, along with $2 per pack of 32 papers, which again online I can get 4 packs of the same papers for the same price. Only go here if you're in a bind and need something quick for a party, and the variety of items they have is the only reason why i'm giving them two stars.
Up in Smoke has some of the best prices around! While they might not have the biggest selection of hookah tobacco in stock, their prices more than make up for it. Love this store!
The selection is pretty mediocre with high prices. The owner has ZERO interest in connecting with real artists and glass blowers to get better quality glass. If you do not know much about glass, then this place will look a lot better to you. I mentioned that i was planning on spending a good amount of money and the only advice the owner gave me was "Look man, everything in the store is all i have." Ive also heard of them ripping people off. i DO NOT recommend this place. Even the next worse smoke shop in orlando is way better than this one.
