Buffalo Wild Wings
Reviews
Very poor service even since it first opened and never has gotten any better. I love their wings but it's never consistent some days they're good wings and other days they're too spicy and it taste awful. They are definitely way understaffed and they only had one waitress for a ton of tables you wait forever just to get something to drink and then the food takes a while they've had several managers try to fix this place but none successful. They're opening at Texas Roadhouse right beside it and it may eventually put them out of business at this location.
Service & food were terrible. We waited 45 minutes for our appetizer then an extra 20 for our main meal. (We were basically the only people in place & we had to ask about where our food was) Once our food arrived everything tasted like it was past its expiration date. The atmosphere & layout of the place were awkward & not even slightly intimate. Props to our waitress for trying, though.
Not good at all. My wife and I loved going to this buffalo wild wings during football season for the last couple of years to watch our home team, Ravens, play every week and while there of course, we spent quit a few dollars. we decided to start early this year with the third game of the pre season where the ravens were playing Washington. Both teams so far undefeated. we got there a little early for the 7:30 pm game and asked if they knew which TV would have the Ravens game. They didn't know. we asked if they could see the manager and ask him. I was advised that he didn't know, We took a booth in the main seating area knowing that one of the TVs would have to show the Ravens. As it turned out, none were .I asked different servers if they would ask the manager to put one of the many sets on the Ravens game, Again, that didn't happen. The majority of the sets were on the Miami game and a few on Nascar, including a large screen. I again asked for the Raves on a TV. Didn't happen. I was amazed that with football season gearing up, that their manager would not show a variety of games. We ate our meal and left. With other sports bars around, I am afraid that Buffalo wild wings has just lost our business.
the wings, well, they are good. the medium wings are hot enough for most and I like really spicy stuff, maybe I'm just out of practice??? The service is hit or miss at this location. We have one waitress that we actually ask for now, her name is Jackie and she's nice, attentive, talkative, knows football better than most guys and works like no other. We eat at all times but lately at the bar at 11pm when happy hour starts. They have select food items that go on sale for half price so it's worth waiting for. I don't know if they do this on the weekends but it happens on most week nights. The chicken quesadilla is actually really good as are the other apps.
*Bad Service* 8 people standing around chit chatting and one server.... Waited 20mins for just someone to ask us if we wanted something to drink.
