Garbage. A horrible bar located in an area that could be deemed the Slums of Clermont. The atmosphere is very hazy, but I'd rather have that haziness than the eyes of every ex-convict that drinks and socializes there. Oh and if you want to wear a hat, you can't. Apparently wearing a hat somehow means you are gang-affiliated.
