Be Our Guest Restaurant
Reviews

Very nice place and atmosphere. The meal is very good but pricey. Nice selection of desserts. Had reservations for dinner and didn't have to wait too long to be seated. Service was good and food came out pretty quickly. They could have done better with the kid's meals, they seemed sub par compared to adult meal.

Was able to get into dinner without a reservation, waiting only 15 minutes, by showing up a little earlier than normal dinner crowds might. Dinner was pricey, but enjoyable - the braised pork was excellent and it came with mashed cauliflower and a side of asparagus - this was perfect for me. There were a lot of gluten free options on the menu, including a single gluten free lemon raspberry puff dessert (which was extra). Kids meal options were odd (not a single normal item on the menu) and my daughter hated what she ended up choosing - a $9 meal that includes drink and dessert isn't so bad if the kid actually enjoys the food. I was disappointed the waitress didn't notice that nothing was eaten except the broccoli. Service started out very quick, we waited the longest for the dessert tray and check to arrive. Overall, still a nice experience for something special, especially for the adults.

I went with a group of 6 for an early dinner time. While our party would be considered larger, the restaurant was not yet that busy so that gave us a chance to look around a little more than you might normally be able to do. Our food was decent but probably not up to the hype of what I had heard. And our waiter seemed annoyed he had to refill our drinks. Overall, we were a little let down after so many friends telling us the great things about Be Our Guest but I will probably try it again in case it was just a bad day for the restaurant.

"******" SIX STAR RATING!! THE BEST DINNER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Recommend the cured meat and sausages, grilled strip steak with garlic butter and fries. Hoegaarden Wit beer and Lemon cupcake with gray stuff.

A great place for lunch or dinner, though a reservation made well in advance might be needed for dinner. The dining rooms are breathtaking, and really transport you into the world of Beauty and the Beast. The first time we tried going there for lunch, there was a wait time of 45 minutes. The second time, we waited in front of the restaurant half an hour before it opened for lunch. By the time they did open, there was a fairly long line. You have to punch in your order into machines, which there are only 6 or 7 of, and ordering takes about 5 mins. They should expand or have a more efficient way of taking orders, because this system causes the line to be so long. After that, it only takes a matter of minutes to have the food delivered to you. The entire family loved the food, but it was a bit expensive for the type of food and the size. Like Lumiere says, try the grey stuff, it's delicious.
