I was in this store today and all i needed was a sim card swap. i spoke to a sales support representative by the name of Thomas McGovern. He was rude and and showed zero intrest in what i needed to be done. i waited over an hour and watched several customes come in and leave after me. I then questioned him on why every1 was beinh helped besides me he then ignored me and hid in the back of the store and i never saw him again. i refuse to ever go back there again. Even the other sales guys where shocked on his behavior and they didint really have an answer to why he refused to help me at all.
Omg! Exceptional. On vacation and my brand new S5 's charger broke. The associate didn't have any in stock and went into her car and gave me hers!!!!!!!
The employees in this store are by far the most incompetent I have ever come accross. They were clearly giving me wrong information by telling me I couldn't do what I was already doing with another phone in the family - change my gophone sim to a microsim and use it with my new unlocked Galaxy note. And the worst part was that they were chuckling at my request, treating me like I was an idiot.
