I was a little suspicious of this place because I tend to steer clear of trendy locales, but the pizza really is very good and and unique and tastes different than a run of the mill pizza place. Better for lunch than dinner though, as the ambiance isn't terribly inviting.
Nice coal fired flavor and great toppings. They split any pie you want, so get it all! The meatball spilt with the pepperoni/cracked olive is very good though.
Went there with my wife and would give it zero stars if we could. We sat down right away, but were not visited by anyone for 15 minutes, so we went to the manager and let her know of the situation and said that we would be taking our money somewhere else that night. She gave almost no response. We tried to make eye contact with someone to get there attention after 10 minutes, but it was almost as if they were having a contest to see how long they could last without even looking at our table. Not happy and will not be going back.
Good, coal fired pizza. Makes you feel at home when you're eating with the locals. Always a solid choice for a night out with friends and one of my favorite local spots.
