Hideaway - Dinkytown

I have been to this shop and spent alot of money in here. There are a few workers that are in the shop that know very little about hookahs and can not answer my questions. My son has also when in here and bought a bowl that they said would fit for his hookah and when we got home it didn't fit. We gave them another try. One of the workers tried to sell me a hose neck that didn't go to a hookah that I owned and then put the correct one on someone elses bill. on the same day we bout a three bowl splitter that the worker said would fit on my hookah and got home and as soon as we prepared the hookah the bowl broke. I had the bowl less than a hour. called uo there and they told me sorry we can't take it back I told them it hasn't even been a hour. the young lady told me you could have owned it for five minutes and we still wouldn't take it back. I then asked for the manager to give me a call and they assured me that they would have her call me the next day. it has been 4 days and I have not heard form melissa the manager. I will not but anything else from this store and would not recommend this store to anybody else.
Hideaway has bar far the largest selection of glass art in Minnesota! They carry the nice well known brands not cheap crap from china! It is always loaded with staff that are right there to help you take a look at anything you like. They are also very knowledgeable and can offer an opinion before any purchase. On top of the insane selection of glass their tobacco prices seem to be the lowest in the Dinkytown area so that is where I pick up my tobacco!
They're straight-up with everything they're selling, and knowledgeable on what's on display there. They have a better selection than most of the other stores around the Metro and their prices are generally cheaper. I generally always go here, and I usually regret my purchases from anywhere else. People that give this place 1 star are just crabby.
Cheesy headshop with a butt load of imported paper thin glass. They have the audacity to place headies next to wonky cheap pipes. Hideaway literally has vaporizers labeled as "knock off" Volcano and "knock off" Pax. On a separate shelf they have "imitation" Incredibowls. Labeled as such. Terrible service from every employee working. None of them could answer my questions relating to hookahs and shisha. Don't waste your time with this shitty shop.
I bought a slick pad at the Hideaway and it did not work at all. The girls there look rough, the girl with the blue hair turned down a large sale after being too flustered at the cash register. The glass is expensive and the parking is bad. YOU MUST PAY TO PARK! There are many other glass shops in the area that you should look into!
