On my third call, they put me through to the correct department. I gave them the name and SKU of the item desired. I was put on hold. After 15 minutes I gave up. How long does it take to type in a six digit SKU? When a person asks for Women's Apparel, I don't mean men's apparel, or Land's End children's department. Get your act together. I've already given up on your auto service department. I could probably order from Amazon and get my item delivered before I got a straight answer for a simple question from Sears.

this store is terrible. Things r in such disaray they will give u a price gun at the counter to scan your products before u put them in your cart. Cashers have no idea what is going on, they will charge u whatever price u tell them because everything is wrong. Avoid this store if possible.
