Staff just spent 10 minutes looking for the toy my 4 year old really wanted, long after we had given up, and brought it out to us. Made her day, just really great service. Staff was far friendlier than your typical McDonald's.
The food is great but the customer service isnt good. No enthusiasm and poor customer interaction. I go here often and ive seen this time and time again.
Not the best McD's out there...gets the job done though.
My girlfriend and I were taking a walk and we stopped in for something to cool off, we ordered 2 large shakes and after waiting about 25 minutes we received 2 small shakes instead, when I told the cashier we ordered 2 large shakes she told me that it doesn't come in anything other then small, but I argued with her because I was clearly charged for a large shake and the menu depicted large shakes as well. She refused to correct the order or refund the milkshake and I left. Will never go back again.
Went there only once to get ice cream cone,the cashier had a long dirty nail on his thumb,but gladly he didn't hand me cones.But can't eat there,don't want to go there.
