After waiting in line for about ten minutes, I found out that the beverage I wanted, a regular iced coffee, was unavailable. Instead, I ordered a caramel machiatto. The buffoons behind the counter spent fifteen minutes looking for whipped cream for the customer BEHIND me. After waiting almost a half an hour for my drink, I finally got the caramel machiatto and ran out the door because they made me late to an appointment, only to find out that they DIDN'T PUT THE ESPRESSO IN! Not only that, they put a disgusting amount of caramel syrup in, so much I was to the point of nausea after finishing my drink. I was robbed of half an hour of my time, and four dollars of my money. This is a miserable excuse for a starbucks, and I hope "Erik" the barista gets fired.
I waited for close to 5 minutes for the barista to turn around. She glanced at me a few times, and continued doing whatever it was she was doing. Not once did she greet me or say, " I'll be with you in a minute". When, I said "Excuse me, may I order?" She turned around and told me she was busy making 7 other drinks, and that I was going to have to wait at least 15 minutes. It was rude and uncalled for. A simple, " I'll be with you in a few minutes" would have been fine.
