Working with Jack Kain Ford to buy a used car was a great experience, not at all like my previous dealings with other dealerships. I am the type of person who researches solely online and once I find a vehicle with the price and features I want, I typically have questions that I prefer to have answered via email. Out of 4 separate dealers in the area, Bill Kain was the only to be completely honest with me via email and answer my questions exactly. He even volunteered a lot of information on top of what I asked that I really appreciated, the biggest being exactly what the out-the-door price would be on the vehicle I was interested in. Other dealers wouldn't even confirm the price they had on their website and instead told me to come in to discuss. I let Bill know when I would be in to test drive the vehicle and it was cleaned and ready to go. My only complaint here is that interior was not shown much love, parts of the dash and console were still dirty from it being driven as a demo. It wasn't bad, just an observation. Bill paired me up with Terrell Prichard, which the wife and I appreciated, as Terrell was very down-to-earth. Purchasing a vehicle is an inherently long process and Terrell's conversation helped it go by quickly. He showed us the vehicle, tagged along on a test drive and generally helped ease the wait while they appraised my trade-in and worked out the numbers. Overall, great experience from start to finish. I feel I got a better-than-good price on the vehicle and a great price on my trade-in.
I just had my first purchase from Kain Ford. Matt McCall was my salesman and did a great job making this a very pleasant and painless experience. Every question, every issue and concern was immediately addressed to my satisfaction. I found the entire staff to be very warm and friendly. I drove away knowing that I got a great deal from a great dealership. I will definitely be back for my next purchase.
I actually drove two hours to get to Jack Kain Ford and it was worth it. Everyone was welcoming and straight forward. Got the truck I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. Salesman Jim Barrick was a plus. I would happily do business with these folks again.
My wife and I have been in need and looking at cars for awhile. We had pretty much written off any chance of getting a fairly new vehicle with low mileage at an affordable price. ( I know, I know.....I'm using all those standard words and phrases we all know so well during our car-buying experiences!) Well, we didn't find one....anywhere but we were looking in all the wrong places at all the wrong cars! During our last visit to Kain Ford, we were introduced to a small SUV that fit every one of our criteria. Bradd Gray showed us a 2014 FORD Escape SE with 13'500 miles on it that floored us! It is sporty without being ostentatious, practical without being truck-like and boxy, and smoother handling than anything we'd previously owned. Bradd was respectful, patient and helpful with our inquiries. We appreciate his efforts (and his patience with Eric when HE got excited and began showing us all the Blue Tooth capabilities and other technology!). This was our third purchase from Kain Ford over our lifetime: '88, '08, an '15. And each of those times, we've driven away satisfied. We will come back...........
I needed new tires and an oil change. I didn't know what kind of tires to get so I asked for recommendations. The Service associate looked on line for tires to fit my car and gave me several choices. They didn't have the ones I wanted in stock but he ordered them and said they would have them the next day. I arrived for my appointment and was quickly taken care of. They even gave me a ride back to my house so I didn't have to wait there for my car. From first call to final pick-up I was very impressed with Jack Kain Ford and all the associates who took great care of me and my car. I will definitely continue to do business with these folks and will likely buy my next car from them :)
