Reviews
This is always a top choice when considering lunch or coffee with friends or real estate clients. The food and service are great. There is plenty of parking, however since the restaurant is so popular, the parking is nearly always full. We have always been lucky to find a spot though.
Charming and old school, one of my favourite places in Guelph
I'll always have a special place in my heart for WTG. I just don't often go anymore because it's too busy, and I hate waiting for one of the few tables available. I find the prices a bit high for what it is as well. The desserts, bread, and treats are top notch.
The food here is simply fresh. I don't know how else to describe it. If you order something with bread (sandwich, soup, etc.), they get it straight from their bakery across the street. All the ingredients are so pure and organic it makes you feel like you're cleansing your stomach. Although the servers were very upbeat, it was very slow, and it wasn't even that busy.
I used to live right around the corner. Great atmosphere. Great organic/vegan options. Amazing fair trade organic coffee. The daily deli sammy with a lemon square for desert has never let me down. Weekends get very busy, bring your patience!
