They have a lot of stock, but no interest in selling it apparently. I was passed over by sales person after sales person who was "busy, but would be back in a bit". Finally was told to look in a small office off of the front show room to find two sales people having a candid conversation about their weekend plans. I was greeted with a "Yeah?" and felt like I was inconveniencing them trying to get info on their sled stock. If you aren't one of their 'regulars', then I wouldn't bother to make the trip. I heard more about the local guys that 'come in and buy a new sled every year' than I did about the sled I wanted to buy. Team Vincent in Ayr isn't too far from this place, and the staff is much more attentive if you are looking for more than just to hand over 16k and leave.
I'm real happy with Two Wheel, in the last few years I've bought two bikes from there. So happy enough to be a repeat customer, what more can you ask? They're always awesome when you go in, they're happy to chat with you about the bikes and help to make an informed decision. It seems counter intuitive for someone to give you the good and bad about something in a retail setting but it's real usefull. Just hearing about how great a bike is doesnt really prepare you or really help. I waffled a lot before I finally made a decision and I never got any pressure to go in any particular direction.
It's coming to riding season again and I decided to look for a motorcycle a little different than what I currently have. After visiting the bike show a few weeks ago I fell in love with the Suzuki Boulevard B.O.S.S. So I started searching around and narrowed my search down to two places, one being Two Wheel Motorsport. I started reading the reviews that were written, on both places, and like most people just concentrated on the negative ones. It made me nervous but I decided to have a look for myself. My conclusion is that I feel that I am a good judge of character and that I am ecstatic with my purchase. My wife and I loved working with Jeff and we are looking forward to working with him again in the future.
I'm a long time customer who has always been surprised how quickly the employees at Two Wheel remembered my name and what I rode. They are very knowledgeable and friendly, especially Craig, and their shop has way more than you might expect. Personally, I prefer to visit during the week on my way home from work because Saturdays can be very busy, especially during the Spring. I'm looking forward to their new shop opening up just up the road. Hopefully this year!
Let me start by saying I'll never do business with Two Wheel Motorsport ever again,,, To be fair, I've never dealt with the vehicle sales and I've never had an issue with their parts/accessories area. But the service department is another story... I privately purchased a bike in the spring. Took it into Two Wheel Motorsport for the safety and new rubber. No problem. In and out in a couple of days. Took it back a few weeks later to have the after market exhaust removed and the stock exhaust put on. The bike sat there for 12 and a half weeks. I can appreciate that they ran into a challenging unrelated issue. What I didn't appreciate was never once getting a phone call with an update regardless how many times I asked them too. I even tried to email them but my email was never answered. I was always the one pushing the issue. If I hadn't I'm sure the bike would still be in there... The service manager Andrew did say to me at one point that if I didn't like it I could always come and pick up my bike. The short story is the mechanic they had working on my bike couldn't figure out why it was throwing a code so they went to Suzuki Canada. Based on the information supplied by Two Wheel Motorsport, Suzuki couldn't figure it out either so they started to swap parts. This didn't fix the problem. Finally around week 11 a different mechanic (Adam) looked at it and figured out the problem. Two Wheel Motorsport claims the problem was solved based on some "special" instructions from Suzuki. WRONG! I had been in constant contact with Suzuki Canada and my contact told me that the instructions they sent Two Wheel Motorsport was to re-check the original diagnostics. So I asked Adam at Two Wheel Motorsport where was he 10 weeks ago? He indicated he was busy with other bikes and wasn't able to bill his time towards my bike so he couldn't help. I know I'll be taking all my motorcycle business somewhere else and I encourage you to do the same.
