absolutely the worst fries in town. i keep going back, and keep asking myself why. The chicken is great. The fries are dry, shrivelled and chewy. Stone Road is not like this. What is the problem?
Fantastic staff, delicious meal. I ordered an ultimate burger, which was phenomenal.
I hadn't had Swiss Chalet in a few years... and wish I hadn't today! My caesar salad had mushy/slimy bad lettuce in it. Then my chicken wrap had chicken bones in it. Nearly broke my tooth. The chicken used in the wrap must have been the scraps- it was all the fatty slippery stuff that is hard to chew.
So gross.
This location sucks!! I have been here more then 20 times now and I ask myself WHY every time. The chicken is never cooked and the fries are NASTY!! Even after asking for them to be cooked well done I still get a mushy ball of fries. Please hire new kitchen staff
Cassandra was excellent. Great food, a bit pricey, but classic.
