I had debris caught between my aluminum rim and my tire causing it to slowly leak which they cleaned out for about $35. They inflated my other tires too without my asking, which was nice. The price was fair enough and the front desk staff was friendly, however despite being pretty much dead it took a relatively long time and they kept confusing me with another customer. Either way, a week later my tire is still fully inflated, which is good.

I have at 2011 Audi Q7 that needed to have new rubber after 45k. I ordered a set of Pirelli Scorpion tires from Dettmer Tire on Eramosa Rd. I was told I would get a call when they arrived. After a day or so I checked myself and they had arrived but no one called. I bring the vehicle in to have the tires changed. The mechanic is filthy and he gets into my vehicle without any protection put on the seats etc. After the tires have been installed I received the vehicle back with grease and road dirt on my dash, glove box, passenger seat and the drivers side door. I also notice that they have scratched the passenger side door by leaning something against it while on the hoist. I ask the guy behind the desk to resolve the scratch issue....he tries his best with some of their wax and tells me .....SORRY ABOUT THAT! I will never return to this tire shop again and I am telling everyone who will listen about their poor service. Don't bring a vehicle you care about to this shop!

I am shopping around to find a tire place that will change and seasonally store my tires so I gave Dettmer a call. I would like to apologize to the associates at Dettmer for disturbing their day as the person who answered the phone did so in a way that was short and dismissing. I simply inquired as to whether they provided these services and if and when it would be possible to have them work on my vehicle. I was informed at 10:30 in the morning that they were "done for the day" and considering they are open until at least 5:30 I found this odd. I asked if it would be possible to set up an appointment for another day and was told it is first come, first serve and if I left my car with them before 10 they "may" be able to get to mine. Guess they're just too successful currently to worry about me and my tire needs so I will take my business elsewhere.

They are my "corner garage" and I use them to both maintain and repair both my cars. They have always been informative, upfront on costs and a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate how hectic running a busy repair shop can be and they have been able to fit me in on many occasions. Well done and thanks.

Amazing Service! These guys saved my weekend, I came in with a flat tire 5 minutes before close on a Saturday and they stayed late to fix! Highly, highly recommended!!!
