Don't waste your money at this place. Customer service is bad alone with the manager. IF ENGLISH IS NOT YOUR FIRST LANGUAGE DON'T EXPECT TO BE TREAT THE SAME AS OTHER CUSTOMER. Manager is rude and dumb. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE MENU, THE EMPLOYEE WILL MESS YOUR ORDER OR WILL PLAY DUMB WITH YOU IF U DON'T HAVE THE RECEIPT. Order 2 things from the menu and have to wait for 1 hour and 40min just to know that the employee just mess up the order and they will not give me a refund of my own money back, they want to give me their so call pinz card so that I can waste the money at the arcade . For the first 30min I went to check and the employee claim to have the food ready in 5min, after the 5min didn't see anything on my table so I went back to check and the employee try to play dumb that I didn't order anything. Just don't bother to waste money at this place. THE MANAGER SURE DOES NEED A LESSON TO NOT F AROUND WITH THE WRONG PEOPLE.
Wish the arcade was bigger but fun place for taking the kids ... can't wait to try the bowling alley
I was in a wedding party that stopped in between the wedding and the reception. It was one of the best parts of the night. They were able to hold a couple lanes open just long enough for us to get some pictures. Outstanding staff, excellent service, great management. Thank you to Megan for helping to have a great night!
Have been here a number of times and have always had a good experience. I guess I've been lucky as I have always had excellent service. Or maybe I'm just not as entitled as some. I don't expect 5 star service from a teenager making minimum wage. The managers have always been responsive and the servers at Harvey's have always been friendly and prompt. The prices for bowling do seem a tad high but I'm not a huge bowler so I'm not sure what the norm is. I have been to other places in the Twin Cities that have old and rundown lanes and the prices don't seem to be that much different. 10 Pin Alley was definitely fun. My 6 year old daughter and I ordered some fried and a pitcher of Sprite. The fries were great and we had a blast. I've not played laser tag here but I can see where people would be frustrated with the wait times. But what do you expect for a popular place? The kids behind the prize counter have always been super friendly and funny when my kids redeem their tickets. The only issue we've had here is the occasional game not working but the staff has always been responsive when we reported the issue. Games break down when used by hundreds of kids every day. The possibility of spending a decent amount of money here is high but so is the possibility of having fun. If you want cheap, go to the library or the public park.
Absolutely not worth the money. Do not waste your time at this bowling alley, terrible costumer service and extremely over priced. First we walk in and the boy, Cory, behind the counter looks at us and then continues to talk to a friend for a few minutes while we are waiting for service. He then proceeded to say one word and give my fiancé the wrong size shoes. We were then charged an outstanding $43 for an hour of cosmic bowling for three people. Upon leaving Cory was still talking to his friend and had to wait once again for service to pay our bill. My fiancé had tried to make conversation, but was ignored completely, along with no farewell. We will not be returning here again. I would advice you look elsewhere for bowling.
