Hands down the best smoke shop in Wrigleyville. The staff is friendly, helpful, and informative. Whenever I buy new glass, I tell whoever is working how much I am looking to spend, and they pull down multiple options then give me the positives and negatives of each piece they pull down. I have always been happy with my purchases because I've been able to make a well informed decision. On top of customer service, Smokers Zone's selection is impeccable. Water pipes of all shapes and sizes, bowls, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah, tobacco, dab rigs, etc. This is a one stop smoking shop. (As a Pokemon enthusiast, I was delighted to find a Pikachu bowl :D) My favorite thing about this particular shop is that they have always worked with me on price. I've gotten some astounding deals, and now that I'm a regular, they hook it up every time (free blunt wraps anybody??). They have a wide variety of products for various budgets.... from $2 one hitters to $5,000 artistic masterpieces. I recommend this shop to all of Chicago's smokers!

The guy working is super nice, generally doesn't voice an opinion about anything when asked though. If you ask what would you reccommend he responds "ohh any flavor" Moving along I'm lucky to have a scale (digital accurate to 1g) and notice that some of their cans of shisha particularly the one with "Amaren" on the top of the can has arbitrary amounts of tobacco in them. One of the 250g cans had 228g of tobacco (still sealed in the plastic package) and the other had 180g sealed but the inside bag was covered in the liquid. The bags are such that a cheap sealer can be purchased so either the owner is taking his own little bit out of each or the companies are putting less in them. The drastic difference in amount removed leans me toward the first. If the company was going to scrap a little off the top i don't think they would make it so noticeable ... more like 5%

i called before i went into the shop and asked and they had the particular item in stock so i purchased 7 items of the same product, when i got home i notice 2 of the 7 items i bought was not the same product, so i called the store explaining to the manger that your employee sold me 2 wrong items when and i wanted 7 items of the same product, and would not give me an exchange for the 2 items that his employee mistakenly sold me, and was giving a hard time for his employee error, they have just lost themselves a good loyal customer i'm taking my business elsewhere

My room mates and I have been going to this place since we moved right across the street at the beginning of last summer. The guy in the store has become our friend. We call him Hey Buddy because every time we walk into the store he says Hey Buddy in his Indian accent. You can buy water pipes and even swords here as well as Gatorade's, which is what I go in there for all the time. Hey Buddy must work like 90 hrs a week because he is the only worker I have ever seen. Overall it has decent prices for everything.
