Arrived with my partner and three kids. We were greeted at the counter and shown a table to sit at and told that some menus would be out shortly.
After waiting for about 10-15 minutes a couple arrived and had their order taken straight away.
Sat for another 5 minutes before leaving.
Either they are terribly understaffed or don't want to serve kids.
Good food but very Rude blonde girl at the counter ! Very bad service !!!!
Went for breakfast on a cold wet morning. Would benefit from a kids menu as there is nothing in cooked breakfast in a kids sized serve. Very nice coffee. Kids & i had croissant with jam. Hubby had bacon & eggs. Small serve compared to others we have had. Slice of cake is a pricey $10.90. Deli has a great variety of condiments.
Great breakfast with a view over to Katoomba. Excellent and attentive staff, great menu and best muesli in the mountians.
