Ordered 3 pizzas. A massive chunk of broken glass (from a bottle) was embedded and hidden into one of the pizza slices and caused my friend to bleed when they bit into it. Could have easily caused more damage as the piece of glass was the size of a thumb. My friend was really nice about it and just told me not to worry but I couldn't put up with something dangerous like this. I reported it calmly to the guy behind the counter and he tried to make excuses and said nothing he can do about it. No offer of help. I asked for a refund but he treated us like we were making it up even though I showed him the piece of glass. Eventually gave us money back, but it was pretty much $20 short. Couldn't bother arguing anymore and just left. Ruined a fine day at the mountains.
What a great surprise. Fabulous pizza, really generous with the toppings and great beer selection. Will definitely be back when next I visit the blue mountains.
Best pizza in the Blue Mountains, great vibe, live music sometimes and interesting drinks.
