Always a smiling employee and prompt service!
When I try to call, the line is always busy. Someone must be chatting and not working because I called many times over s 30 min time. As a secret shopper this would be directly sent to corp. office for a fine. Still might contact them. Better be glad Im not on the job.
First of all McDonnalds isn't the highest quality of foods (ever watched supersize me?). The thing that sets this location apart is the employees that stair blankly at you like they are baked out of their minds and that they are slower than mostly any McDonalds I've been to! Not only does it take a long time to get your food but they also get the order wrong almost every time. I've complained to the main office an got a free meal but still haven't redeemed it because of my complete lack of desire to go back...
Decent McDonalds. Good indoor play area. Clean.
My meals were super-sized without my permission. Absolutely crooked. If I had a family member whose dying wish was a McRib, I would still drive to a different McDonald's rather than visiting this location again.
