Very clean HEB with a great selection of food. So far, everyone I've dealt with has been very nice and helpful. Meats are fresh and the seafood section doesn't smell like there are week old dead fish there like other HEBs have. I do have one small complaint about the sushi section. While the ingredients were very fresh and tasted great, they are obviously lacking in the preparation. The rolls were not uniform sizes and sometimes not even cut all the way through. The main ingredients were not wrapped tightly enough and would fall apart as you were trying to eat them. All in all, it's a nice HEB that will continue to get my business.
This is by far the worst HEB in the Austin metro area. Horrible service. Rude staff. Idiot loss prevention following soccer mom's around the store because they are having loss prevention issues. Obviously they have issues keeping the shelves stocked as well. I've never seen a store out of the basics like coffee creamer and yogurt on such a regular basis. This store sucks. I drive out of my way to avoid it.
I buy meat at the counter twice a week. Often wait 10 minutes, ring bell 3 times before I can get help. On going issue. Customer service is missing

This store is awesome, never had a problem. Good service, friendly staff, and much better than Wal-Mart in quality! If your being accused or watched you probably are doing something suspicious. I bet you will get the same from Wal-Mart. $400 per month is not that much of a profit loss for HEB. It is too bad your are being treated like that though if you truely are doing nothing wrong.
