Target Optical has been absolutely horrible to me. If I could choose 0 stars, I would have. I ordered my glasses 2 weeks ago, they came in on time (9 days later), but one of the lenses had scratches on it. I was told multiple times that they would be sent back priority to be re-made. Today I was informed by another employee that I was lied to by the first one and that they do not do priority and that they never have. I have gone 2 weeks without being able to see and when I expressed my frustration I was patronized and talked down to. I will never do business with Target again.
This is one of the better Super Targets, it can get crowded at times, but there always seems to be parking. There is a great selection of items at this store and typically this is the store that will have everything that you need compared to the other ones in the area.
Great Target. Nice to go there for food, pet, cleaning and then all the housewares, clothes and more. Electronics and media areas are thin but work. Usual complaint here about the bog boxes - too few check out lines open. Overall a go to location for many things
After struggling for a month on attempting to fully connect my new Samsung sound bar up to both my TV/Cable box and my Blu-Ray player, Target came through. I'm not an expert with AV connections, but surely thought I had this figured out and spent over an hour on the living room floor trying to hook this darn sound bar up. The owner's manual for the sound bar may have well been written in Greek. It offered little to no help with what the missing link was to finally have sound provided from the bar to my Blu Ray player. Well I had a trip to Target planned for other household items so I thought I'd bring the owner's manual to the store with me and ask the electronics department for advice. Samsung was no help and when I asked Best Buy online for help they said I had to first buy something (yet I wasn't sure which cable I needed to buy, thus my problem). Al and Joe in the electronics department spent 20 mins with me going over my issue. They were beyond friendly, helpful and caring. They pointed me to a digital optical cable and Joe explained what I needed to disconnect and how to correctly reconnect everything. I got home, and after just 5 minutes, I had my home theater all figured out! I've always been a Target fan - this cements that loyalty and then some. Thanks to Al, Joe & Target Lakeline! A month's worth of frustration gone!
It was terrible!!!!!!! there was never any staff around!!! i usually love target but this target SUCKS!!
