Nyle Maxwell Supercenter
Reviews
I purchased a Chrysler 300 on the February 24th and I am loving my new ride! The 300 is great on gas, the V6 engine provides incredible acceleration and the double pane sunroof makes me feel like I am driving with the heavens open above my head. I can't wait until the weekend to put it on the road and take a long drive! ... Thanks Ashley, Ken and Mr. B and the rest of the Nyle Maxwell staff for the super friendly service!
The salesman, Jude Ekype, almost had me sold on a vehicle for $26,500. Well I'm glad I didn't end up buying it because they had the exact same car on their website advertised for $24,000, THE SAME DAY! The sticker price on all of their vehicles on the lot are at least $4,000 more than the advertised price on the website. They had this one marked at $29,000. Never trust these guys. The salesmen try use sleazy tactics to try to get you to spend way more money on a car with way fewer features.
Nyle Maxwell Supercenter is one of the greatest dealerships I've ever been to. The customer service is very friendly. Our sales manager was very upfront and honest about everything. His name was Russell Campbell and he was great. He got us in the vehicle we wanted on the same day we wanted. This place is great!!!!
I have had great expirenece with the floor sales guy Toni and getting oil changes in service. All that has been good. The loan process seemed a little shady, but I got through it. We will see what happens but so far the new 2015 challenger I have has been a nightmare. It is a sweet car don't get me wrong. It has Napa "Premium" leather seats... LOL. 2 months and the leather already is cracking. If Nyle is able to help and come up with a resolution I will change my rating. I know this is not there fault really but at this point I don't know who else to blame. I have tons of issues with the paint so far as well. Nyle took the car back for 3-4 days to repaint the trunk. I got the car back. The trunk scratches so easily. Not sure what they did. It looked good for a couple weeks. even a microfiber cloth puts swirl marks in it. What do you do? A dent that was supposed to be fixed at first never got fixed either. Sales guy Tony called me within an hour of this post! So far I like the response. They are driving to me to check the vehicle out. Impressive as of now. I will keep the post updated.
Be sure you do your research. If they offer you another car that you weren't looking at to begin with, look up the car on their site. If it wasn't for the fact that I didn't qualify, they would have conned me into paying 9 grand for a car they had listed for 7k on their site. I hadn't even considered the car that I got, I ended up paying a little less than their actual asking price because my credit wouldn't allow anything higher. The life time coverage they give is really nice to. I'm not saying don't buy from them, because they have really good deals. I'm saying don't buy anything you haven't already looked at, or can easily look up to know what you're dealing with.
