Starbucks
Reviews
I am and avid Starbucks fan and been to many...have never left a review for a Starbucks but this location in Cedar Park next to HEB deserves one. It is a great location...the reason for this review is to say how non-friendly the staff is. Everyone that works there must take grumpy pills before their shift. No one smiles, you ask for a The little green swizzle stick-stopper that plugs the hole in the lid, because they never put one in, and they roll their eyes at you like you just put them out of the way. They ask if you need room for cream, I say no, they give me room for cream.....huh? They talk to each other while you are just standing there waiting to order. I refuse to go back to this store...their service totally sucks and are very rude.
There's plenty of seating especially outside. I think this location because it's unique to the other Stabucks I've been to especially because they have a "bar" area at this one you can sit at which is good for using your computer or need more room to study. Not to mention the staff is friendly as well. It seems like there are neighborhood regulars and it's an easy going place and nice seating when the weather is nice.
I am a huge Starbucks junky. Traveling over 400k miles in the last three years, they are the reason I can function most of the time:) After visiting Starbucks in more than 90 cities, I believe this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been in, not because of the location or the coffee, but because of the staff. They are the rudest bunch of boors on the planet. It is amazing they keep their jobs. I even complained to the manager once since this location is close to my home, but got precisely the same treatment! No surprise they follow the leader... You are far better off going to the closest SB at 183 and 1431, only a mile or so west.
Good cup o' joe!
