I understand that the menu is written well (if you forego the blatant typos and redundancy) with fancy ingredients and trendy juice combos, but I'm sorry that they don't have a better staff. This is a typical up-and-coming type of restaurant straight out of the national foodie scene sweeping cities like Minneapolis and Portland yet if they can't cook a potato fully or resist over-poaching an egg to the point that it was dry as heck, I don't know if I can ever return. This place is unnecessarily posh. In a city that has incredible markets and access to good ingredients, you are better off shopping for all the manchego and brie and creme fraiche and carrot apple ginger nonsense and making this food yourself. This is sad, sad food. Also if you are swayed by the trend, plan way more than an hour for this visit.

We have been here before for brunch, which is always good, so we were excited to see coca is now open for dinner 3 nights a week. Our dinner tonight blew my mind. I had the potato waffles with trout and the dish was so good my life will never be the same.

To bad that others' existences have been so poor. The food is always outstanding and the staff is friendly enough. I get that they're really busy, but I think it's worth it.

Terrible service, the staff is rude, particularly the manger, the wait times are horrific, and the food is marginal at best.

If you could wait three hours for your brunch then it might be alright provided you could stand their absolutely horrible service! We were a party of eight people and arrived at around 11 AM on Sunday for brunch. They do not take reservations on phone so we waited for about 1 hour to get a table.There was no waitress for the first 10 minutes when we arrived. The food took more than an hour to arrive after placing the order. The waitress never came back to refill the water or drinks. She forgot the order for coffee. The Salmon omelette arrived without any salmon in it. In one another order the waitress came back after 45 minutes to let us know that they ran out of ingredients and we would need to place another order. The waitress was nowhere to found for about half an hour after we were finished with our food and waiting for the check. As a result we had to ask for our check at the counter. Those at the counter did not put the right amount on our check. That needed to be sorted out separately.Our morning was ruined because of their horrible service. In summary, I would never go to this awful restaurant again.
