This place sucks. Worst customer service. The problem is management. They hire these people who could care less about the public. When I go there..which has been over a year now..they make you feel uninvited. Like..why are you bothering me with this order. The hiring process here must be..if you walk in for a job..you are hired. Terrible. Slow and Ignorant service. This place needs a complete over-haul.

This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I asked for ONE cream in my coffee and the girl who was taking my order thought I said NO cream. I said over and over ONE cream very loudly and clearly, and was 5 inches from the microphone at the drive-in. Then she puts "cream" on the screen. I get my coffee and it's super white. I asked the girl assembling my order how many creams she put in, and she said two, and I said "Would you mind remaking it? I kept telling the girl one and she didn't hear me." The girl shut the drive through window while I was explaining. A blonde female manager sees she's about to give me a new coffee, comes over and says, "The girl taking your order said two creams," and I try to explain again, only to have the manager shut the window in my face. This whole time I was calm but firm, didn't raise my voice, and explained that it was hard for her to hear me. Finally the manager "lets" the girl give me the new coffee. The girl handing me my coffee rolled her eyes dramatically and said sarcastically "have a nice day" while waving. I worked in McDonald's for 4 years and would never have argued with a customer. Why would I lie about the amount of cream in my coffee? I've never met an entire staff that is so argumentative and slams drive thru windows in your face. If you want a better McDonald's in Penn Hills, go to the one on Saltsburg Rd.

Crappy crappy crappy. They always get my order wrong. Either something is missing, or just WRONG. Today, they forgot part of my order. I went back to get it, was given dirty looks, and, on top of it all, the item was expired.

The worst Mc. Donalds I've ever gone to. I ordered a 20 piece nugget for my son & I & asked for bbq & honey mustard sauces. They only gave me 1 of each & when I asked for more then 2 for my 20 nuggets I was told they have 2 charge me for them. Who can eat 20 nuggets with 2 sauces or really 10 with 1 sauce? Thats crazy! I used to work at a Mc. Donalds & if you want to be exact it's 1 per 4, 2 per 6, 3 for 10, & 5 for a 20 peice! When I got mad at the drive thru lady for telling me shes gona have to charge me & came in to talk to the supervisor, the supervisor told me ill give you 1 more without charging you! Really??? Trust me when I say your better off driving the 4 or 5 miles extra down to Verona to go to that Mc. Donalds. This wasn't a isolated issue either. It was however the straw that broke the camels back!

This Mcdonalds has always provided great customer service and good food, and a great location.
