All their food is AwEsOmE, even the American food..!! Service with a smile. The Best Chinese place in Pittsburgh..!!! (I've been going there for over a 2 decadez.)

Let me preface this by saying that I've never been to House of Lee. But, I do have a good friend named Lee. He's a scruffy guy that doesn't talk much, but somehow always finds the right words to say. A real old soul. This one time, while Lee was still in college, he was fishing in the National Allegheny Forest, beautiful scenery, at dawn. Well, to make a long story short, he had to fight off a mountain lion to save a baby raccoon that was caught in a trap. And if Lee's strong enough to fight a mountain lion, then he's strong enough to fight off your hunger. Even though, this may be a different Lee. The other reviews aren't so bad, so give them a shot?

Because the delivery time is long, I placed the order while still at work, paid with a cc, and gave my address. The girl not only missed items on my order, but sent the order to my work...NOT to my home address that I gave her. During the order, she told me the total was $24.10, I asked what the additional $3 was for and she told me a delivery fee that they give to the driver. When the driver finally showed up, I told him that I always give a good tip except for today, because of the $3 fee that I was unaware of until today. He explained that he has had a problem with them telling people that and that's not how it works. After he left, I called when I unpacked everything and saw that an item was missing. I explained to the lady who claimed that she just arrived from China yesterday, that the ticket has $21.10 on it and I gave the driver a tip and told her that she could NOT add the additional $3. She told she would and I told her that was illegal and I would call PA revenue on House of Lee...she said to go ahead and call 911...then I had to explain the difference and her response was, I from China.

Best Staff ever!! Jake and Lisa are two of the nicest, friendliest, and welcoming people I've met. Not to mention the food i great.. Two thumbs up! :)

I will NEVER eat here again. Almost all the food that came to the table (and I was with a few people) was inedible. The service was terrible and the inside looked like someone just put decals up all over the walls and called it decorated. I have never been to eat somewhere that I literally could not eat the food until I went here. Save yourself the headache.
