Waiting staff was very friendly and the service was excellent! The steak was underwhelming, but the coconut shrimp was AWESOME. Enjoyed the salad bar. I don't know if they just forgot to charge me, but my coffee was free. This place beats Applebee's any day of the week.
It sucks.....really bad. Service, food, n price. I had baby bak ribs,, Zucchini, Spaghetti Squash. ...The Squash was lumpy, the extra sauce was cold instead of warmed. When refilling my glass no ice was added. Just bad!! And my wife's potatoes she couldnt even eat. Just bad food n service. No, I would never eat here again
The food was great. The service was not so great. Our waitress did however seem young and inexperienced. I ordered a steak and wasn't asked to cut into it (like most restaurants do). It took a really long time for our waitress to do anything (get drinks/refills, return with change, etc.) even though she didn't seem to have any other tables. We also weren't asked if we wanted dessert, which we did, or whether our check should be split, which it should have been but wasn't.
This place was very good!! Enjoyed the atmosphere, service was great, food was better than expected, although the lobester was a little small, it was good
A friend and I went to Ruby Tuesday of Joplin, Missouri, for a late lunch today. My steak was overcooked, the service was terrible, the salad bar was "boring," and the prices were MUCH MUCH too high for the "quality" of the food and service. I will stick with Applebees, Logan's, Outback, etc. from now on.
