I can tell you about how excellent the food is, how perfectly my steak was cooked, how clean and inviting it was. I could tell you about the welcoming atmosphere, and the wonderful customer service... but that's not what i'm here to write about. (Though it does deserves it) I've been to too many restaurants around the country to even begin to count, but never in my life have I witnessed the kind of relationship that longhorn steakhouse strives to have with their customers. There are still good people in the world, and my experience tonight reassures me of that. Thank you Longhorn, and especially the manager. God Bless
Great place to eat! Super good steaks!
It was one of the most pleasurable dining experiences I have had in a very long time. The food was great, the service was very good also although a little slow but it was at the end of the night which I understand a lot to be done but taking everything else into consideration it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend it.
The place was reasonably busy for a table and decided to sit at the bar. It took around 10 minutes to get any kind of service after around 3 apologies ''ill be with you in a minute'' from the bar person. I went for a rib eye which arrived cold and on a greasy cold plate, it was returned twice to get it knocked into any shape to eat!. My friend who is a Vegetarian ordered amongst other things the mac and cheese which he was told was vegetarian but after the first inch off the top it was evident that the bacon was lurking. During the whole time there was a pile of dirty plates stacked up on the bar next to us. Woeful.
Dried food all over dishes lipstick on my glass. Waitress disappeared for 20 minutes at a time. They put this clear salty sauce on all their steaks they call steak enhancer but it's just nasty.
