GREAT service. That I can say. I had a pulled pork sandwhich and it was a'right. The pickles were a'right. The fried OKRA as great. But nothing special, nothing that Wowed me. I am a BBQ fanatic, a nut, I go to every BBQ I can whenever and wherever. So I'm a hard man to please. This place seems more like a chain than a local joint, though I'm not sure. It was PACKED on a Friday night, which was a good sign. I can't figure out what's a good # of folks to indicate good food (or not). Not sure what Joplin is known for in terms of cuisine. So I guess my expectations were too high? @ any rate, I'd come back and give it another try.
Awesome food! Ordered BBQ pork sandwich, 3/4 rack of ribs, and a ribeye. Sufferin' sweet sauce is best available, and the service here was excellent. Was our 3rd attempt at finding a restaurant as the previous two were either a 25min wait or fast food. Great experience and glad we stopped by.
This is our "go to" place for great BBQ
service poor had some of there dog food meat loaf which by the way banquet tv dinner is better gave it to my dog because it was not fit to eat dont get take out without inspecting it before you leave thanks for listening and have a nice day
Was.... a nice place to go before they changed everything.. We wont go back..
