Quality is better than olive garden Prices are better than Denny's. I love this place. Especially the $1.50 desert in a shot glass! Chocolate Trifle is super! Chicken tenders are REALLY tender. What a concept! Excellent. I had the Salmon. Moist and tender and just the right portion.
We were seated promptly and the waitress was very attentive at first, The appetizers were very good and were brought out in a very timely manner. We ordered our main course, mine steak and chicken strips loaded bake potato and broccoli and cheese casserole. My wife's steak and shrimp fries and casserole. Both steaks ordered medium well. Mine came back well on one end and rare on the other. My wife's steak was so rare I think it still had a heart beat. So good place to have a drink and appetizers, stay away from the steak
We went on a Friday evening and the place was packed. There was a 25 minute wait but we were able to get a drink at the bar until our table was ready. Everyone was very helpful. Our waiter was knowledgeable, funny and made sure we were taken care of without hovering. Other tables nearby seemed to be getting the same level of service. We had the spinach dip for an appetizer. My date got perfectly cooked salmon, some kind of apple salad and a black bean dish. I ordered the New Orleans pasta dish. We shared the Hot Fudge Cake Sundae for dessert. Everything was cooked perfectly, flavors well balanced, the portion sizes were more than ample and the prices very reasonable. My new favorite restaurant.
