I love their wings but their customer service SUCKS! My bf and I ordered a pick up recently and when we walked up to the counter, there was no one available. There were about 5 staffs walking around talking and a few even looked at us but no one gave a care about helping. We stood there waiting for 15-20 minutes when we already ordered ahead 15 minutes. I was not happy. Finally management came and helped us but we didn't even get an apology. As we got home, our wings were not as warm. I was very upset. I'm considering if I should give them another chance.
My experience was amazing. Food is great...just a grand ole time there.
Love the wings, wraps and salads. Burgers use to be top flight. Now they are pretty bad. (Changed Cooks or Management direction?? don't know) Good beer selection. It's a bar, so you do get smoke. Good service most of the time. Good time on big game or UFC night.
