Went in to their pro deck to order shingles for will call at ABC supply. After waiting 15 minutes for the pro desk attendant to finish socializing about her family affairs to the customer in front of me, I was finally helped. After telling them what I need and which ABC supply had the shingles, we were almost ready to finalize the sale, by now I had been in the store for 45 minutes. Before the attendant finalized the sale, I was told to pick the shingles up at the ABC supply on Smith RD. I repeated that I needed to pick them up at the location on 66th Ave, as the Smith Rd. location did not have them. I was then informed that I had to drive all the way to Thornton to the Home Depot on 104th. Apparently the manager at the Quebec store would only let purchase orders to be sent to the Smith Rd location. So I had to drive all the way to Thornton to pay for the shingles, by which time ABC supply had closed, so I had to drive back to Aurora, then back up to 66th the next morning to pick up the shingles. The customer service sucked, and the managers policy on purchase orders suck. My company will not use this store in the future.

See many employees walking around but try to find one whenyou need one is a joke. Only having self checkouts open in the morning is another joke that home depot thinks is funny. If I self checkout why don't I get a discount for doing your work? The only reason I go to home deopt is my company has an account with them.

They work hard and help you out if you're patient and respectful. Thanks guys!

I ordered carpet from there. I had been waiting for a call i never got, so i called them. After the run around i found out that their new guy promised me false install terms. They have other people from Home Solutions do their install times, and they work between 7am-4pm (which is when i work) and the one lady, Miranda, isnt there to help. If there wasn't the issue with the non refundable $50 for the measure, i would pull out. I will no longer do business with this Home Depot.

Service is spotty and inconsistent. I've encountered mostly friendly and helpful staff but they've often been hard to find or they couldn't answer my questions. I remember when HD was a great place to go, 20 years ago, but I think the wages they pay limit the quality and quantity of staff you encounter.
