Pharmacy waits are out of control. Takes an hour to drop off your prescription and another hour to pick up your prescription. Called the manager about it 3 times. It has been over a year and nothing has been done to lessen the wait. Always an issue there... Speer and Federal Walgreens.
The pharmacy staff is nice but they are so understaffed here! Don't even bother getting your Rx filled here. It's too bad because the location is convenient for me but I go out of my way to avoid this one. It has been 6 months since my last visit here and thought I'd give it another shot again today during "off" hours. Big mistake. Such an insanely long wait. Never again. Hire more staff or lose customers. It's that simple.
Horrible waits and customer service for their pharmacy. And after you wait to give your prescription,you have to go back and wait in the long line again when they call you for pickup. Never again.

This is a great Walgreens store at an excellent location. I am a frequent customer at Walgreens and have been for well over a decade. My only major complaint with this location is that there is Always a very long wait in the pharmacy. I do not believe it is the staffs fault either. They are constantly swamped with customers and working hard.I do see this as the fault of either the managers or store owner. PLEASE hire more people to work in the pharmacy department! There is obviously plenty of business there constantly and I am confident you would see even more if you had additional employees working in the department and the customers would be much more satisfied and likely to make use of this location.
