STAY AWAY!!! only really buy produce and a few frozen items but I can't take it here anymore.Service is terrible, food is often stale or bruised. Waited at the deli counter for 5 minutes with employees looking at me and not taking my order. Its so close to my house that I would keep going back but now I will take the 20 minutes to drive to another store.... It won't be a safeway after this experience. Do yourself a favor and DONT GO
I have always had a pleasant experience at this particular Safeway :) One time I had an issue with a card so I had to pay cash and was short like 6 dollars... the employee checking me out paid the rest for me! when I got the issue fixed the next day, I took him the money back. Doesn't get mor gracious than that!
Dirty store. Lazy employees. Only three people working the check out line at their peak hours? Really?
Very friendly people - I have a feeling this place has done a complete 180, but it is not bad at all! I was shopping for flowers yesterday, and someone came and asked if I had the color that I wanted, and checked in the back to see if there was anything that had just arrived. I got the freshest flowers! :)
This is my neighborhood grocery store, and I've had plenty of good experiences with good customer service. One or two bad experiences also, but the good outweigh the bad. Reviews saying the employees are lazy and the store is not stocked or poorly organized are ridiculous.
