This is a great store.... and I have shopped here since it opened. But, you are correct, the customer service has slipped in the recent two years. The staff seems to have learned how to ignore you at the Customer Service desk and seem more interested in talking about what was on television last night. The staff on the floor suggested they 'never carried that shirt' until I showed them the label. Their label. Still good quality..., just poor management regretfully. Great staff in the restaurant. Semi okay seafood. How the hell can you have a PoorBoy sandwich without shrimp? Geez.

Joe in the Archery department is hands down the best customer rep I've ever had in any sportsman's store ever. He helped me pick out some bows to shoot, showed me some tips, patiently answered my questions and wsa all around perfect. Thank you so much for that experience, because of Joe Bass Pro Shops now will get ALL of my outdoor business. Thanks again Joe!! Patrick

This place is awful. It took over two hours to do an FFL transfer, their ammo and accessories are extremely over priced, they gave me attitude because they had to do work, sorry I bothered them at their job. On top of that they would not give me my magazine. Fine, it's a 20 round mag and I'm in the homosexual state of CO. They said they were going to ship it back to the dealer and I could work something out with them. I called them the next day to get the tracking number and they somehow lost the magazine from 9pm close to 9am open. Hmmm That seems very shady to me. I'm glad I could buy one of these democrats a brand new .308 Pmag! I'll never do business with these thieves again. Go to Cabelas, they have better customer service. They take good care of their customers.

I had a sales lady spend a good hour with me helping me pick out hiking boots. Great customer experience.

Bought a brand new Fly rod here. The "experts" in your fly room told me that I could bring it back anytime it breaks and they will place a new rod in my hand. I bought it with this condition, sounded to good to be true. It was! My rod broke 3 months in, brought it into the store, and they told me I had to send it in myself and pay for shipping! I sent it back to Temple Fork and their customer service said Bass pro does this all the time. Apparently they promise you service they cannot do, and Temple Fork ends up correcting it. I will buy direct from now on.
