Today I visited Best Buy Northglenn to send my Nikon DSLR in for repairs. This is the second time I have had to go to a Best Buy location in the last couple weeks in order for this to happen due to poor service at other locations. I am quite happy that Jake from Northglenn was a very kind and helpful Geek Squad associate and was able to assist me in repairing my camera without any complication. But as for the remainder of the associates in the store, I was very disappointed in the service. So let down that it actually refrained me from purchasing the new phone I had set out to buy that day. Perhaps other employees could take a lesson from Jake and learn what quality customer service is.

On ordering my item, I received great customer service. The manager on duty assisted the staff member patiently while teaching her how to place my order. Getting my item, well, that's a different story! No call or email to let me know it had arrived. And when I called to inquire about it, the immature staffer seemed put out that he had to work to help me! I could not find my order number, but thinking with a company like Best Buy, in all of its access to technology would be able to find my order wiith my name, phone number or credit card number. This little boy acted like his mom just asked to take out the trash in the middle of Lord of the Rings! When I asked for a manager to put both of us out of our misery, again, pissy, bitchy attitude! I only give three stars because of the managers who were able willing to work and problem solve!

Every best buy is like this now Go in, get some a-hole trying to pitch direct tv at me, then get asked by 4-5 blue shirts if I need any help. Start being rude to them and finally they let me shop in peace. Its really too bad that there isnt another decent electronics store near by.

AAAWESOME SERVICE! Been a customer at this store for years. They ALWAYS work with me to make me happy. The reps are knowledgeable and experienced-and what they don't know- they find out! I will be a returning customer as long as they keep it up! Great job guys (and girls)...keep it up! :-)
