SHADY, SHADY, SHADY!!! People keep saying they cost more because they have high-end inventory? What a load of crap! DEMAND a full history report from these crooks! My fiancé bought a Mustang GT fully loaded, and at high market price! Got the car appraised, and it's worth sh*t because it was in an accident and all of the air bags deployed! They fixed it up and sold it as a clean vehicle! I hope these pathetic grease balls quickly learn that we are in the middle of the social media era, and can't go on conducting shady deals! Buyers are fast learning that we DO NOT need to step foot onto a dealership lot to shop for a car. Hell, I can get a full history report on any vehicle listed on Car Max, via my iPhone! Other sites like True Car are offering the same "up-front" policies that customers have been demanding for years! Save yourself the time and hassle, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Perhaps the worst car buying experience I have ever had...from no response to my 3 online requests to see an online listed car...to no returned calls after the sale...to now 6 weeks after the sale and my temp tags are close to expiring...and I call the county office only to find that Sill Terhar has not filed any documents with the county. I am still awaiting a return call to try and get the documents myself to hand carry to county to avoid two trips to tag office..one to extend my temps and one to get permanent tags..when I left a message after the sale with Adam, the used car Manager, he didn't have the coutesy to return my call..neither did his salesman..which was why I called Adam...bad service permeates this organization. It wasn't like I didn't spend a little there...my used car was $26k...and if it wasn't for the fact that they had no idea what they were selling and thus the car was $8k under book with options, I would have never pursued the purchase. They said..."we are not a mercedes dealer" when I asked about the options I knew to exist that weren't priced into the car. I will never go back...even if the next one is a buy one get one free scenario. Good luck if you deal with such standard poor American service...the new standard.
We had an amazing car buying experience. The dealer walked out with a price list right off the bat to better guide us in our search - whereas other dealers won't even give you a number until you sit at their little inside table. He was honest from the start, and worked hard to find us a car. Within 2 days he called with a new trade-in that had come on the lot and he thought would be a good fit for us. It sure was, and we got an amazing price - at the very bottom end of blue book, without any hassle or stress. The dealership itself is amazing with immaculate bathrooms and interiors, coffee and soda in the waiting room, and a great playground for my boys while we waited and discussed! And the salesman Greg Johnson was amazing - he was calm and not pressuring, he was supportive. I really felt like he wanted to get us the best car for us - not just make a sale!
Very disappointed in the service here. Was forced to use them to replace our ignition and the car was dropped off on Friday night after they closed. Got a call Saturday morning from them that they were taking a look at it and they would call me back around noon. Never called back until I checked in around 2. At this point they told me they probably wouldn't have it done today, but would have it done Monday (Closed on Sunday). Fast forward to Monday, and I hear nothing from them until I call around 3 and am told that they still don't have the part in, so they are hoping to have it done the next day when it gets in. Tuesdays comes around and they tell me they have the part, but it is taking longer than expected, but he guarantees they will have it done by 3 PM on Wednesday (Christmas Eve, so they close early). Incredibly frustrated, but I am out of town at this time, so there is not much I can do. Ultimately, they do not get the car done by 3 PM Wednesday, and we are unable to pick up the car until Friday, the 26th. How it took 5 working days (7 full days) to get a part and do the repair is beyond me. Repair was done correctly and seems to be working well, but customer service and timeliness is extremely lacking. I will continue to avoid this place at all costs.
I just had my car serviced at Volvo and have been loyal Volvo customer for 6 years. After the service they told me they topped off the washer fluid. That night, I parked the garage and the next morning the entire reservoir of washer fluid was on my garage floor. I have never had even a small leak of wash fluid before. They are telling me that it will cost $280 for fixing it. I believe this is 100% Volvo's fault as again, it has never leaked before and within 12 hours of their service I had zero washer fluid left in the car. I asked them to fix the problem that they caused and they offered me a 10% discount. "That's all we can do" Go EFF yourself Volvo! Too bad I was just starting to think about a new car and you have been excluded from the consideration set. If you service your car here be careful. They charge you a premium price and something else goes wrong after each service.
