Can I give zero star? BAD BUSINESS!! people at financing area of this place obviously don't know what they are doing!!! I purchased a 20K car in CASH and all they gave me was a 200$ "discount" (I am fine with that) since my budget was 20K anyways, no problem with that!...but two weeks later the lady called my husband saying that SHE forgot to charge me the county taxes, and it would be about 700$ more extra bucks and she would keep the title until I pay that money. Really????? How the F$&@ am I supposed to come up with 700$ (out of my budged,for a mistake that was not Mine) I just paid 20 freaking thousand dollars for YOU to keep MY title because of YOUR freaking mistake????.. The bad part is not even that , I am not going to complain about needed to take my vehicle to the ford dealership 2 days after purchased the car for problems with it already ! It was my choice and a risk that I took for not purchasing their expensive ass warranting plan!! So when she talked to my husband, he didn't tell me what was going on because apparently she sucks at explaining things, and I took a day off work to go down to DMV and after wasting my gas and 3 hours in line the lady at DMV tells me that if I paid my car in cash I should got my tittle right away from the dealer!! So I went back to Justus motors and paid the money and she was all rude making looking like it was my fault for wasting my day at DMV , because she told my husband that she would keep the title until I paid the extra money!! REALLY? your mistake it's my fault ? Unprofessional people drives me crazy (you have ONE job and that's all you do!! And you still doing crap like that?) smh.. At least I bet if I went to a bigger dealership I wouldn't need to pay for someone else's mistake!!! BAD BUSINESS !!!BAD BUSINESS !!
This team keeps honesty and integrity high on their list. I dealt primarily with Cory and Rita and left with a good feeling. Seems like they want everyone to find the perfect fitting car, maybe its with them, maybe its not. One of the best things about Justus is they have an interesting inventory (Cheap land but exciting inventory!). Lexus, Audi, Mercedes on and on, in a tidy warehouse. As always, walk in with your 10 most important options for your car and be willing to spend a little to get your favorite car viewed by a mechanic. Best used inventory I have noticed in Denver!
I recently bought a new 4runner at Justus Motors. I feel that this place is running a very simple, honest and user friendly operations. The Toyota was priced very fair. I felt like I didn't need to negotiate the price. Ryan and Rita were friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend these guys in the future.
I recently purchased a vehicle from here. It has been the biggest purchasing mistake of my life. I was promised that the vehicle was not owned by smoker by Rita, but after a couple days the musky smell of cigarette smoke was prevalent. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle after purchasing it, the check engine light was on. Ryan immediately referred me to their "Warranty Company" (which only covers up to $1500, only covers very specific problems, and requires a $100 deductible). I followed Ryan's direction and began work with their warranty company. If I would of taken the vehicle to an emissions test it would of failed and Justus would have been required by law to repair the vehicle. Instead working with the warranty company has been long and painful. The underlying issue was found to be with the engine exhaust and intake valves, valve springs, and valve seats, a $2000+ repair and critical to the operation of the vehicle. My truck has been with the warranty company's mechanic for what has now been, 3 out of the 4 weeks I have owned the vehicle. I tried to call and work out some sort of settlement with the owner (Lisa Larson) but she was the worst person to work with out of anyone. The phone conversation ended with her telling me she is going to tell her warranty company to not pay a dime of the repair bill and then she hung up on me. I am now in the process of seeking legal counsel, reporting "Justus Motors to the Attorney General, BBB, and the Auto Dealer Licensing board. Working with Justus motors had been the most miserable, depressing, and disheartening experience I have I ever had and I am still without a vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!
As to the quality and appeal of the vehicle, I cannot say because I NEVER was able to see it. I called the dealership and left my infomation in order to be contacted as soon as the vehicle arrived. Rita, the associate who helped me, didn't do a great job. The vehicle had a part that needed to be repaired, and I was told that I would be called back by the end of the week. Never received a call...called back and was told it will be longer, and I would receive a call. Never received that call either...I had to call every week in order to see what the status was on the car. Finally, the last time I called she said that the car wasn't even going to be sold anymore. When I asked why, she never gave me a straight response. Not once was I given an update. Usually it is the dealer who constantly calls you about the vehicle, but this associate obviously doesn't want to sell a vehicle. Long story short - Horrible Service
